ATELIER MIGNON respects your concerns regarding data protection and attaches great importance to the relationship we maintain with you.
ATELIER MIGNON owns a diversified portfolio of brands, each of which is referred to in this Data Protection Policy as a “Brand”.

This Data Protection Policy describes how our Brands in France collect, use, share, and protect your personal data. In all cases, the data controller is ATELIER MIGNON SAS, a company registered in France, unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific Brand.

In this Data Protection Policy, references to “we,” “us,” “our,” or “ATELIER MIGNON” refer to the entity or entities located in France that are responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing your personal data (as the “Data Controller”). See the section entitled “Data Controller” below for further details.

  • When you interact with our websites or emails. When you visit our websites or open or click on promotional emails, we (and third parties we work with) may collect information from your browser or device, with your consent, such as device identifiers and online or network activity data, through technologies such as cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies.

    • Cookies are small text files placed on your internet-connected device to uniquely identify your browser or store data or settings.

    • Pixel tags are small images embedded in our websites or emails to collect information about your browser or device and how you interact with our content, including whether you open or click emails. Pixel tags may also allow us (and our partners) to place cookies on your browser.
