Shipping policy

Orders are processed and delivered only on normal business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are separately indicated on the order form and the delivery note. For more information on shipping costs, please refer to our Delivery page.

To estimate the delivery time of your package, take into account the credit approval time, address verification, and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, THE PINK ARTIST will send you a confirmation of the order via email. You will have access to a tracking number that allows you to check the status of your order online by visiting the Order History section under My Account.

THE PINK ARTIST will make reasonable efforts to meet the delivery times indicated below. Saturday and Sunday will not be considered normal business days for estimating delivery times. However, Saturday delivery may be offered as a service to certain specific postal codes by the customer service center. Please contact the customer service center for more information.
