Deadline
You have a 14-day deadline starting from the day after you receive your order to retract, return your purchases, and obtain a refund without providing any reason (if this deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day).

Integrity
Items must be returned in a new and unused condition, in their original packaging. For perfumes, if the bottle pump has been activated, the item will not be accepted and cannot be returned or exchanged. The original packaging must be unopened, with the security label intact.

- Contact us at contact@thepinkartistparis.com stating your order number and your decision to return the products to receive a return shipping label.
- List the products you wish to return on the delivery note and fill in the necessary details in the table.
- Carefully package the products you wish to return and remember to add the delivery note before securely closing the package.
- Affix the shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest post office or with one of the carriers listed on the provided shipping label. Refer to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale for more information on returns.

Note: You must return the product to us within fourteen (14) days at the latest, starting from the day you informed us of your retraction.
Others
- Products purchased on the thepinkartistparis.com website cannot be returned, neither in an ATELIER MIGNON store nor at any of our authorized third-party retail partners.
- Under no circumstances can the recipient of a gift card claim a refund.
- Finally, customers cannot retract or exchange products that have been personalized, for a reason other than product defects or incomplete or incorrect delivery.
